Where can I give all my comments?

You can always send your comments and suggestions via the contact form. We always appreciate your comments. Your comments and suggestions are collected and used to improve our website.

How can I see what you're looking for?

Follow these steps to bid on an ad:

- Open the ad by clicking on it.

- On the right side you can enter the amount of your bid.

- Then click on Place bid.

- Open it and see it. Yesterday you can also add a message if desired.

- Click on Place bid.

- The seller will now receive your bid. Your bid can now also be seen in the Chat.

How do the offers work?

An offer is not binding. The advertiser is not obliged to choose the highest bid and can decide to remove a bid. As a bidder, you can also decide to withdraw your bid.

How do I unsubscribe from the Pay in One option?

1. Log in to My 2nd Hand.

2. Go to My Profile.

3. In Pay in one click, click on More information.

4. Click on Revoke authorization and confirm the revocation of your authorization.

How do I receive my digital invoice?

1. Contact us via our contact form.

2. Indicate in the form that you are registered for the digital invoice, but that you have not received it.
