Who can access the shows offered on ABC.com and the ABC app?

Anyone physically located in the U.S. or its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands) with access to a broadband internet connection, and a supported web browser, mobile, or streaming TV device. If you subscribe to ABC through one of our participating TV providers (and your subscription is in good standing). you have access to additional content.

Does ABC access my participating TV provider account information?

ABC does not access your username, password, email address, or any other information about your participating TV provider account.

What if I forgot my TV provider username or password?

If you have forgotten your TV provider username or password, you can retrieve your account information directly from your TV provider's help site or support team. You may also be able to register for a new user ID from your TV provider on their web site.

Will my account credentials stay the same?

If you had a previous version of the ABC app, your same username and password will work for the updated ABC app. If you’ve created an account through the ABC News app, Freeform app, FXNOW app, or Nat Geo TV app, you can use the same credentials to log in to the ABC app.

Where is my confirmation/tracking number?

Start by checking your spam or junk folder for your confirmation email/tracking number. Sometimes automated email confirmations and tracking emails can wind up getting stuck in those folders depending on your email provider. Please check that first and if it’s not there, reach out to the retailer directly to have them resend it to you.
