How to resolve unstable image quality
ABEMA provides a system that allows you to enjoy programs in high image quality, but the image quality of the programs themselves may vary.

Check if the volume is set to 0
Cancel silent mode and increase the volume with the ABEMA app running
If there is no sound even if you turn up the volume, turn silent mode on or off.
Tap [ Settings ] from [ My Page ] at the bottom of the app home screen, and check [ Turn audio off in silent mode ].
*If you are using an iPhone/iPad, you can choose whether to output audio when in silent mode.
Android
Check if your device is not in silent mode
