    Once the service is working, it gives a great user experience. The app is easy to use with a beautiful interface. I have almost everything I need on it, although there are 1 or 2 features missing that I can find on the Internet Banking site. Overall, it's really good quality!

    The app is easy to use, but there are some annoying bugs that haven't been fixed yet. The main problem is that the app keeps losing Internet connection, so I can't make payments when I need to. This is a big issue because making payments is the most important function of a banking app. As a result, I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please solve this problem as it has been going on for a long time and is not acceptable.

    It can do most things you'd anticipate smoothly, but it's quite frustrating when adding a new recipient. You can't switch between apps to grab payment details and then return to the banking app where you were. Instead, it kicks you out back to the login screen, forcing you to restart. If you're using just one device without a paper copy, after four attempts, you'll either need to surrender or trust that you've entered all details accurately.

    ABSA wants people to go digital, but there are limitations on the app. It's annoying that you have to log in on a computer every time for full service. You can't handle recurring payments on the app. Also, if you have two or more accounts on the app, fingerprint login won't work. There should be easy access to proof of payments from the account page. Virtual cards are not an option. They should add a feature to authorize credit card payments through push notifications, not just SMS.

    Absa Bank is the best bank for me. I trust them because I have never had any problems with my money while banking with them. Their app is very easy to use, and I can do everything on it without needing to carry cash or cards. Absa Bank feels like home to me.
