Steps to Download Broadband Invoices

Step 1: Download the ACT Fibernet Mobile App if you have not already. You can download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App.

Step 2: Open it, then log in with the help of your registered email ID or mobile number.

Step 3: After signing in to the web-based facility, navigate to the 'Bills & Payments' section and click on the main dashboard.

Step 4: All recent bills will be listed here, and select the one that you want to download.

Step 5: On the bottom right corner of the same page, you will find a button that says "Download Invoice." After this, you can open this PDF file on your device; you can forward it to the printer in case you wish to get a hard copy or forward the same to someone else through an email.

    I had a really bad experience with the team. They were nice before I paid for the subscription, but after that, they changed completely and stopped answering my calls. They promised to finish the installation in 7 days, but it's now been 10 days and it's still not done. They work in fragments and their attitude is rude. I advise against choosing them; there are better networks out there.

    I wish I could give them a rating lower than 1 star, but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can go. The service provider is really bad at customer support. They are quick to respond when setting up a new connection, but once everything is installed, it's nearly impossible to reach a technician. The customer support is also terrible, they just repeat the same things without actually addressing the issue. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

    I tried out Act broadband for 6 months but it was a frustrating experience. The internet kept having problems and I had to submit multiple tickets in a short span of time. Technicians would only adjust the modem settings, without solving the recurring issue. The latency was too high, causing interruptions in video and audio calls. It got so bad that I ended up using my mobile hotspot during most Teams meetings.

    Talking about the app, not the service. In my opinion, it needs a big improvement in understanding what users usually want to see first. It's good that the data usage is easy to find. But reporting an issue when the internet is down is difficult. It takes too many steps to figure out if the problem is from outside or inside your place. Looking for other plans is not user-friendly. It assumes you only want to upgrade. It should display all available plans instead.

    New app update is terrible for payments. Had 2 failed card transactions which don't show up in the app. No way to get help through the "24/7 Support tab." Even if you raise a ticket, you can't see the solution. Can't reach ACT support numbers, so this app won't be useful.

    They made an app, but it's not user friendly. I initially gave 2 stars, now down to 1 star. Battery in junction box drained. Raised a complaint, no resolution. Tickets closed without follow-up. Only choice is to disconnect all home box wires. Thanks ACTFIBER for the wonderful service.

    I got a membership package 4 days ago but my plan is not activated yet due to some technical issue with the cables in the building. I raised a concern about it, but can't reach customer care through the app because there's no option for it. This app is really not user friendly. It's bad customer service for a new connection like mine!

    When you use the app, you won't see any ads. It's super easy to use. People can grasp all its features in just three to four days. The app gives us details about our data usage, bills, and current plan. If there's an issue with your internet service, you can report it through the app. They usually fix it within hours. I prefer ACT net over other providers. Big thanks to Team for the great service! ❤️

    There's an issue with this app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it four times, but every time I open it, there's an error. I was attempting to pay my bill but couldn't get past the initial stage. Dealing with this company is frustrating. I had to visit their website to make the payment. Also, you can't view current or past bills on their website.

    My problem is solved. Big thanks to Act Fibernet! It's the top network for me. I've never had any connection problems. The speed and internet quality are excellent. I also use the Act Stream TV 4K device, which is amazing. Overall, Act Fibernet is the best internet provider in Paschim Vihar. Respect! 😍
