Is Adventure Academy included with my ABCmouse membership?

Adventure Academy and ABCmouse are separate programs that require separate subscriptions.

Typically, when children outgrow ABCmouse and are ready for a more challenging curriculum, they "graduate" to Adventure Academy.

Adventure Academy is our fully immersive virtual world for older children (ages 8 - 13) that offers and exciting and rewarding blend of education and adventure. How to Graduate to Adventure Academy

When your child is ready to switch from ABCmouse to Adventure Academy, you can return to this Help Center and click the blue Help icon in the lower right corner.

Our digital assistant will help you cancel your ABCmouse account and can transfer any time left on your ABCmouse subscription over to a gift code for Adventure Academy. Just remember to select “Outgrown the product” as the reason for cancelling ABCmouse, so the bot knows you're ready to move up to Adventure Academy.

    Isn't it amazing how cool those graphics and game mechanics are? But when it comes to the educational part, it's not as good as I hoped. It's mostly just watching videos that are actually quite good. However, there isn't much motivation for my child to learn the content. When he answers incorrectly, there are no consequences, so he just skips through the video and guesses the answers until he gets them right. I was really looking forward to something more like Prodigy Math with its interactive format.

    I tried an app that doesn't work on my Android devices, and it won't connect to the server. I even paid for a 6-month subscription, but now it's wasted money. However, after contacting the company, they resolved my issue promptly and professionally. My suggestion is to try the 7-day trial first to ensure it works well on all your devices.

    What a great idea! Unfortunately, it seems like the app requires a powerful gaming computer with lots of RAM to work properly. The customer service team is quick to respond and eager to assist, but the app itself just doesn't seem to function well. It was running smoothly for a while, but then it started freezing unexpectedly. Now it only works for short periods of time, and even then I have to clear the data cache, uninstall the app, restart my computer, and reinstall the app every time. It's quite frustrating.

    This game I played was fantastic. You can choose whether your child can chat or not, and you get to decide when to turn it on. You go on adventures, learn things, make friends, and even have a house. You can go anywhere, buy stuff, and it's like living a virtual life! However, the game kept freezing, which I didn't like. There were plenty of activities to do, but I wished there were more fun non-educational things. It would be great if I could buy food from the cafe at the academy.

    Initially, I rated this app poorly because it kept loading without end. However, after some time had passed, it finally started functioning properly. I must say, my daughter absolutely adores it! She can chat with other children and there are countless activities available for her to enjoy while learning simultaneously. The fact that she learns as she plays brings me immense joy. Seeing her happy makes me happy too. Thankfully, she uses her Amazon Kindle to play and has not encountered any issues with the app malfunctioning.
