1. How is income calculated?

The income will depend on the actual order that the Partner fulfills. In addition, when receiving an order, Ahamove will deduct a total of 21.2% commission and tax discount for HUB orders of 26.7%. After deducting taxes and commission fees, the Partner will receive the rest.

Partners will receive cash directly or pay via account.

The service fee is deducted directly by Ahamove through the Partner's account.

2. What do I need to do with a failed order?

After contacting the recipient for 15 minutes, at least 3 calls, the Partner should contact the sender again to inform. If the sender still does not contact the recipient, the Partner is notified of the return of the goods. The partner updates the failure status and returns the refund within 4 hours.

Note:

When returning to return the goods, the Partner collects the full shipping fee (if not collected) and the advance (if any) and takes a photo to authenticate the return of the goods as the address/house number of the shipper. If the Partner takes the wrong photo or does not take a photo when the complaint occurs, he will be fined 1,000,000 VND and 100% of the order value.
