Can I return the product after receiving it?

Commodities (except fresh foods and perishable foods) all provide seven-day hesitation rights (not probationary period).

To apply for a return, the goods must be brand new and unused and complete packaging. Within seven days after receiving the product, go to [ My Order ] to select the order details to return. Click the return application and complete the return steps according to the prompts. After receiving your application, it will be processed for you as soon as possible.

If you apply for a return, please pay attention to the following matters:

Consumers who love cooking markets can enjoy the rights and interests of the seven-day hesitation period from the next day according to the Consumer Protection Law. If the goods are more than the seven-day hesitation period, they will not be able to accept returns and exchanges.

The hesitation period is not the trial period. The goods you return must be restored to the original state of the goods when they arrived and remain in the complete original packaging, including the product body, accessories, gifts, warranty letters and all accompanying documents or materials. If there is any loss, damage or missing piece, you must bear the necessary expenses to restore the original state according to the degree of damage.

For returned goods, please wrap them in other cartons outside the original packaging of the goods. Do not paste paper or write text directly on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, you will not be able to accept returns or you will have to bear some new products.
