The Edu and JT Communications join hands... Providing domestic and international education news directly to the alimee platform

The education media outlet 'The Edu' and JT Communications, a company specializing in student safety information, announced on the 11th that they signed a business agreement (MOU) on the 10th.

As The Edu will exclusively provide articles published by the company to alimee, operated by JT Communications, an opportunity has been created for 1.7 million parents to access domestic and international education news more easily.

The Edu and JT Communications signed an MOU in the JT Communications conference room on the 10th and agreed on this content.

The gist of this agreement is that the education articles published by the company will be exclusively provided to the education news section of the alimee platform operated by JT Communications.

The Edu, an online education media outlet founded in June of last year, not only reports domestic and international education articles in greater depth than existing media outlets, but is also rapidly expanding its base by quickly introducing content utilizing videos to readers in the domestic education media industry.

Alimee, operated by JT Communications, is used by 1.7 million parents of 8,000 educational institutions including schools, daycare centers, and kindergartens, and provides real-time information on their children’s commutes and drop-offs to parents.

With this agreement, the 1.7 million parents who use alimee will have the opportunity to directly access domestic and international education news, which is their main interest, through the alimee app, making it easier to access key information for their children’s education.

The publisher of The Edu, Yeo Won-dong, said, “This is an opportunity to intuitively provide high-quality education news that we produce ourselves to parents, who are the direct consumers,” and “We will do our best to ensure that parents who use alimee can access domestic and international education news more accurately and quickly.”
