Air Arabia (official app) - Book & manage flights

Customer service needs improvement. Phone support is expensive and keeps getting disconnected. Also, Facebook support is not helpful either. Adding live chat support would be beneficial. Good airline, but customer service requires major changes. The app also needs an overhaul.

The app keeps losing my login information due to many bugs. I have to re-enter my details every time. Today, it won't even open properly. It just displays a message to update the app. However, when I try to update it through the Play Store, there are no new updates available.

Air Arabia is such a headache! I booked flights last November and then the pandemic hit, so my tickets were canceled. I've been trying to get a refund but their customer service is hopeless – can never reach them on the helpline and when I email, they just offer me points instead of my money back. They say I have to use these points for a future booking within a specified time frame. It feels like such a scam! Any other ideas on how I can get my money back?

I booked a ticket for my mother on the worst airline I have ever come across. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the ticket on the same day due to her health issues. When I tried to cancel, they deducted air charges just for booking. It has been 5 months since then, but they still haven't refunded my money. They claim it goes against their policy and instead offer a voucher if we are not traveling. But, it's difficult to understand how we can use the voucher, as they seem to be taking customers' money without providing the service they promised. The whole experience with booking tickets through Air Arabia has been disappointing and frustrating.

Air Arabia doesn't provide updates about flight schedule changes or the Covid situation. They accept bookings from any airport to worldwide destinations, but when you arrive at the airport, they inform you that there's no direct flight to your destination. They promise a refund at the airport, but later on, nobody responds from the call center or head office. I recommend avoiding booking flights with Air Arabia.

Booking was straightforward but I had issues with currency and there was no online check-in. Also, I couldn't find information about which terminal to go to.

I had a bad experience with Air Arabia, booked a package holiday with flights and hotel. Tried to cancel and change the date but it was not easy as their website and app did not allow cancellations. Had to call them which was inconvenient. The Holiday team made a mistake by not giving me credit for the hotel booking even though it had free cancellation. It took 20 days just to cancel this simple issue.

I downloaded this app for booking flights to Southeast Asia. It's really great.

So, there was this service which really ticked me off. I bought 3 tickets to the same place for February, June and July 2020. But guess what? They went ahead and canceled all of them because they changed their schedule. And to top it off, they didn't even give me a refund because apparently they don't do that. Now, my issue is, if it's their fault for changing things around, why should I be the one losing out?
