    I can't even type my full name, only up to 25 characters! Air Busan, what's happening? When I try to call your reservation center, it's all in Korean with no English option. How do you plan to expand internationally like this?

    It's my first time using this airline app, and checking in is quite challenging. When I tried to do mobile check-in without selecting a seat assignment, it wouldn't let me complete the process. So, I ended up paying for a seat assignment but then it told me to use the airport kiosk instead. When I tried to cancel the seat assignment, I couldn't find the purchase history. Did you guys actually test this app before releasing it?

    Unable to add prepaid baggage on. Ended up trying to do so for my flight in 5 days. Want to avoid charges, but my booking cannot be found through the app. If I get charged full fare, won't be happy. App is absolutely terrible.

    I try to book online, but I can't get through. Every time I reach the booking page, it asks me to enter the passenger's English name even though I've already done it. It's the same problem no matter which browser I use. It's really frustrating.

    Oh man, cancelling was the worst! Couldn't find the button to cancel or change my reservation. Trying to log in was a nightmare, and the server kept crashing. They took my money for what? I only suggest this app for those I don't like.

    Your company should test its own apps instead of outsourcing to others. The app is bad and hard to use, just like your website. It's disappointing.

    The app has lots of problems with logging in and recovering accounts for people who are not Korean. Basically, it just doesn't function properly. Checking the reviews, it looks like the same issue affects Korean users as well.
