The app is terrible. It always crashes and doesn't load data. The customer service is also terrible. I had to wait for 5 days. Although it has a user-friendly interface, the overall service is bad. Time is crucial in investing or trading. Thanks to this app, I couldn't secure my profits. My 100% profit turned into just 60%. I recommend using other apps.

Tried to sign up, but couldn't because the camera didn't work when I had to record myself. It kept showing an error message. Still giving it 3 stars until they fix that. The app seems nice and runs smoothly otherwise.

Customer service is just terrible. I tried to reach out through chat but they barely responded. When I called, most of the time nobody picked up. And when someone did answer, they just asked me to leave a message and my phone number for a callback. But it's been about a week now and still no one has called me back.

The app has a lot of typos such as "akti(f)itas" and "ea(e)stspring". They also use strange Shutterstock photos for the reksadana products instead of basic logos. Additionally, I got a promotional email with a messy subject line like "Sedikit tapi sering?? atau sedikit tapi sering?" The features are cool, but it doesn't seem very professional. I might return if they improve the app.

Your designer seems really attached to their new UI/UX design. However, many customers are not happy with the changes, especially the absence of a "Dark Mode" option. A lot of complaints have been posted on Instagram about this. Moreover, there are numerous issues with the reliability and stability of the app. Your old UI/UX design was actually better than your competitors', so why change it? It's crucial for Ajaib to prioritize reliability.
