    The customer service at Aldi Talk in Germany is terrible. You can't visit them in person if you have an issue, only contact them by phone, and you have to pay for the call. Even after waiting 20 to 30 minutes on hold, they might not resolve your problem and could abruptly end the call. They are very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend using Aldi Talk to anyone.
