    You know, this app was created in a rush because of the emergency situation with covid. Maybe the developers didn't have much time to make it perfect. But even considering that, it's still full of problems! It's been almost four months since I got vaccinated, but my records are still wrong. It only shows that I got one dose! I've been trying to reach out to Seha, Healthpoint, and other support channels, but nothing has been resolved yet. I'm really frustrated.

    The app needs to be fixed because it's saying my phone is rooted. This happened after the update on September 2nd. How can you release an update without checking compatibility? Also, the call center is understaffed and unhelpful. The agents are rude and poorly trained in handling complaints. Shame on them.

    The app is not showing the right vaccine shots I got. I already had 2 doses, first in March and second in May. But the app says I only got 1 dose, which was the last one. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times with no luck. I called the contact center but was told to message on WhatsApp instead. Still waiting for a response.
