How to book a free night ?

The Stay Plus complimentary night can be used to enjoy a night away or extend a stay at over 1,000 hotels across the Asia Pacific.

To check the availability and make a booking, we have provided the following instructions: 

1. Log onto the ALL.com mobile app using your email address to sign in and a password to log on 

2. If you have a Stay Plus night available, it will appear at the top of your home screen 

3. First, select your chosen destination, dates, and room requirements

4. Press the toggle at the top of the screen to see rates using your Stay Plus complimentary night. You will see the rates change below

5. Scroll down and tap on your preferred hotel 

6. Press ‘See room rates’ and choose your preferred room 

7. If you wish, you can compare rates with or without using your Stay Plus night by pressing on the toggle 

8. Click ‘Select this rate’ to make your booking 

If a Stay Plus Night is not available for your selected dates please try different dates or another location

Furthermore, you may contact the Accor Reservation Desk to organize and book the Stay Plus night booking, a booking fee of AUD 20 will be applicable for the service. 

We recommend that you book your Stay Plus complimentary night well ahead of your stay for your preferred choice of hotel and date/s especially during weekends or special occasions because Stay Plus complimentary nights are subject to availability and allocation. You can book your Stay Plus night up to 12 months in advance.
