Questions about the AlleFolders app

How can I set my favorite folders?

Have you not set any favorite folders yet? Then you can check all the folders you would like to see here via the favorites page. You do this by clicking on the heart under the logo. If you have already set favorite folders, the logos will no longer be displayed. Go to the folder you want to set as a favorite and click on the heart. Now all folders from the same store will appear in your favorites.

How do I use "My list"?

   STEP1 Via "Menu" (gear) you can go to "My list".

   STEP2 Create a shopping list by clicking on "Add new product".

   STEP3 Type a product name and select the correct quantity/unit for it.

   STEP4 Click on "Add to list".

How do I use "My pinboard"?

   STEP1 To "cut" products from a folder to place on your pinboard, first go to the folder in question and search for the product you want to cut out. 

   STEP2 Then click on the scissors at the bottom left and a box will appear on the folder. You can adjust this by dragging the dots. Is the box correct?

   STEP3 Then click on "Save" and the clipping will be visible on your pinboard.

   STEP4 You can then add the products on your pinboard to "My list".

Why do I have to set my location?

Some stores are not located throughout the Netherlands, and may therefore be too far for you. There are also stores that offer a different folder per region. In order to show you the most relevant folders, we ask for a location. This only concerns a postcode area, so you do not have to provide your personal address.

How do I set my location?

   STEP1 Go to "Menu" > "Location" > enter your postcode or city (or use the current location once) 

   STEP2 Press enter/return > select the correct location 

   STEP3 Click on "Save"

How do I sign up for push notifications?

   STEP1 Go to “Menu” > “Message settings” 

   STEP2 Turn on the General push notification

   STEP3 Now you will receive all push notifications.

How do I make sure I see my favorites immediately when I open the app?

You can set which screen appears when you open the app. 

   STEP1 Go to “Menu” 

   STEP2  “Set your preferences”

   STEP3 Choose from the start screens “New”, “Favorites” and “Categories”.

How can I quickly see whether a folder is already valid or not?

   STEP1 Go to “menu” 

   STEP2 Choose “set your preferences”

   STEP3 You can choose, among other things, whether you want to show the validity under a folder
