Payment by non-cash settlement is possible by invoice through any branch of the bank (for legal entities and individuals) or by Visa, MasterCard plastic cards directly through allo.ua

3. What are the conditions for the delivery of oversized cargo?

4. What should I do if the product was not delivered to me or it turned out to be damaged?

The exchange and return of goods purchased on allo.ua is carried out in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights". 6. When will I receive my order?

In advance, the delivery date of the order is indicated on the product page on the website. The delivery time is approximate and depends on the situation in your region and logistics.

• Self-pickup. You can pick up your purchases at one of the ALLO stores. Choose the closest store to you, and we will deliver your order there absolutely free of charge! Please note that not all items are available for self-pickup;

• Delivery by transport companies. You can order delivery by transport companies across Ukraine with payment upon receipt. The cost is calculated based on the destination;

• Express delivery within 3 hours. This service is available for residents of the following cities: Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Sumy, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv. Express delivery can be ordered from 9:00 to 15:00, Monday to Saturday.
