How to enable AlMosaly to run in the background.

Android restrictions might stop AlMosaly from working in the background, hence notifications and Adhan are not displayed.

To solve this, please follow the below instructions.

Open the app

Open settings

Open “Allow AlMosaly to tun in the background”, and then you will see a screen with detailed illustration pictures.

Open the settings icon on your phone

Choose “All apps”

Look for AlMosaly and then press.

Now ALMosaly will operate properly!

How to enable AlMosaly to run in the background.

Your phone usually stops the apps from running in the background to save the battery. To solve this problem, please follow the below instructions.

Open the settings icon on your phone

Open “Apps”

Select the three dots menu

Select “Special cases”

Select “Save battery”

At the top of the page, make sure to select “All Apps”

Then make sure to untick or remove AlMosaly from this menu

Condor phones “Notifications not showing up”

Condor phones can disable or block notifications, the notification center is responsible for that task.

Please follow the below instructions to allow Adhan notifications on your condor phone.

Open the phone settings

Open “Notification center”

Open “Notice management”

Select AlMosaly, then choose allow notifications

How to set Hijri calendar.

Open the side menu

Select “Calendar” then “Hijri”

Set you Hijri calendar and them save the changes.

How to accurately find Qibla

Enable location permission

To set the compass, please keep your phone clear off any magnetic objects.

Then gently rotate your phone front and back, then left side and right side.

You may need to repeat those instructions until the compass is set.

Then open the Qibla finder in the app and see whether the top left of the screen is red or green, in the event it is red, please steer off any magnets and repeat the abovementioned steps.

You can also find Qibla according to the sun’s location in the morning or the moon’s in the evening.
