Using the app is easy and the doctors are friendly. Whenever I use it, I feel satisfied with the doctors. Keep up the good work!

This app is great and simple to use! However, it may not be the best for emergencies because the responses from doctors aren't very quick. It's more suitable for non-urgent queries.

My privacy is not secure at all. I downloaded this app and then got two calls in one day from people saying they were from customer service, using different numbers each time. I wanted to make an appointment, but now I don't want to because my personal information was shared without my permission.

That's really great! I mean, with doctors being so important right now, it's awesome that we can use an app to talk to them online. This way, people with serious issues can see a doctor in person while the rest of us can easily chat with a doctor through the app. It's fast and way cheaper too.

You decide to share your phone number on an app. Shortly after that, you start receiving repeated calls from them, trying to sell you insurance. Fast forward to January 3rd, 2021, I spoke to their customer service and expressed my concerns. They assured me that they had deleted my number from their system and would no longer bother me with promotional calls.

I pay 39.000 every month for this app that has good doctors and a psychologist. It offers great service for multiple accounts. It helps me and my family.

Application is good, easy to use. Really helped me a lot during this pandemic.
