FAQ

Foreign books are out of stock, can I get them?

Foreign books are often marked as out of stock because they are not easy to secure compared to domestic books. However, in some cases, it may be available in small quantities, so if you want to purchase a foreign book but it is marked as out of stock, please contact the customer service center 1:1 customer service> Product information> Out of stock/Out of print corner.

Is it not possible to purchase out-of-stock or out-of-print products?

Out-of-stock/out-of-print products cannot be purchased as the publisher has stopped producing and distributing them.

Aladdin operates the following four services for out-of-stock/out-of-print products, which can be used on the product page.

Other than this, there is no way to get you out of stock/out of print.

1. Check the product page to see if there are any used books.

2. Check if you have an e-book on the product page.

3. If you ask an out-of-stock book center, we will find out the stock of paper books that may remain in the distribution network

4. If you would like to wait for the re-publication of your paperback book, please sign up for re-publication notifications.

Is it possible that I can't get it after placing an order because it is out of stock (out of stock/out of print)?

After placing an order, if some products are exhausted due to real-time inventory changes by publishers and customers, there may be cases where services such as out of stock, out of print, or temporarily out of stock may occur.

However, if it is temporarily out of stock after it is republished/released according to the schedule of the product page, it will be secured and shipped additionally. In case of out-of-stock or out-of-print, distribution is not possible, and cancellation and refund will be carried out.

If the remaining products are still available, we will continue to try to secure the out-of-stock products while securing them until the expected order release date. If you wish, you can cancel only the product or all the products after clicking Cancel Order immediately after checking the out-of-stock status after viewing the order.

1. When a part of the product is out of stock - We will try to secure it until the rest of the product is secured, and if the product is ready or if it is not secured by the expected date of the entire order, we will cancel the out-of-stock product according to the expected date of shipment and ship the remaining product. We will refund the price of the canceled item by the night after shipment.

(Simple payments such as credit cards, Kakao Pay, and Payco will be refunded due to partial cancellation of the card, and it may take 3-4 days for the credit card company to reflect.)

2. If the entire product is out of stock - If the order is canceled on the same day-the next day when the last product is confirmed to be out of stock, the deposit amount will be refunded on the day of cancellation-the next day.

(However, if you make a payment other than bank transfer, it will be refunded due to cancellation of authorization, and it may take 3-4 days to reflect the payment company.)
