I decide to sign up as a subscriber and then choose an SMS, phone number, and tariff. Later, they request authorization for payment, and you cannot authorize without your phone number, and email is not an option. The Beeline app does not load items in the program through the internet.

I don't understand anything. I am very unhappy with the fact that developers keep changing things with each update and make the interface even more confusing.

So, every time I try to enter my password and login, the phone keeps crashing. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Even using the fingerprint to unlock doesn't work. I've tried reinstalling it but it didn't help.

I saw this ad on YouTube about seven days of unlimited data. I downloaded it, but nothing is loading. Now I'm stuck without internet until the end of the month. Oh no! 🤦‍♀️📵

The details display all wonky. Couldn't get the service to share internet from my phone (and I have to pay for it, what a shame), main page keeps showing error.

The detailed information is not provided beyond 20 days, so I have to take it in increments of 10 days and manually add them up, otherwise everything shows as 0. The details sent to my email arrive after the 20th click in the form of an Excel file, where it's impossible to figure out the total amount of data used because the cells contain symbols, numbers, gigabytes, and megabytes. It's unclear how they signed off on the completed works. The reconnect button is inactive when the full data volume is being used. There's no reminder about data usage.

You have a great tariff plan with unlimited benefits, but the absence of English in the application frustrates you a lot.

It's confusing to use them, I don't understand. The shares come and it's unclear what to do.
