Alza - Shop & save money

Alza's service is really disappointing. On the first day, they told me just 3 hours before my order was supposed to arrive that there were problems with packing it, and it would come the next day instead. Then, the following day, I got another message saying there was a delay, and they might not even deliver it that day.

The shopping cart keeps freezing when I try to delete something. Restarting my phone or re-installing the app doesn't work. I have to go to the website and remove the items from the cart there. It's so frustrating.

I can only give one star because I can't log in with the right password. Even Facebook login isn't working. My phone has an open bootloader and a custom clean Android rom, so if that's the problem, it's not showing anywhere.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say this app is amazing! It's so easy to use and you can easily find everything you need. I think everyone should try it. Good job Alza!

Keep getting logged out when trying to log in, and then login fails when I try again. Many others are having the same problem. Rather than saying we don't have enough information, let's start taking action!

The service was really bad. I ordered an Apple Watch for a birthday gift expecting delivery the next day as shown on the app. However, it took over 4 days to arrive. It seemed like they were trying to trick customers by displaying the wrong delivery date to get us to make the purchase. When I didn't receive the watch the next day, I reached out to customer support. They asked me to wait one more day. After that day passed and still no delivery, I contacted them again. Finally, they informed me that they couldn't deliver it quickly.

Make sure to pick the right country when logging in. Developers, put it as the top choice when users first open the app. This will make the app more user-friendly and helpful.
