    Let me tell you, navigating through Amazon is a breeze! Just use some common sense and you can access anything outside their network without any trouble. The only hiccup is sometimes VET doesn't show up. And to be honest, if folks are so bothered about taking time off, why even work? I don't get those who always opt for VTO. I prefer to have that paycheck coming in. The user interface is simple and easy to use.

    Oh no! The app is not doing well. It keeps resetting my extra shift preferences in find shifts, even though I already set them. Notifications aren't coming through on either phone or email, even though they're turned on. Trying to accept VTO is a disaster. Every time I try, it just keeps loading, and when I refresh, all the VTO opportunities are already taken. It's frustrating that a company known for its technology department is facing ongoing issues with its app.

    Unfortunately, I can only give this app four stars. The reason is that there's no option to contact managers through it and that feature would really be helpful for people dealing with social anxiety or awkwardness. Aside from that, the app is quite good.

    I just found out that the latest update made it super hard to grab a shift. Why did they have to go and change up the "Find Shifts" page? It's so dumb! And on top of that, the new look reloads in a weird way. Plus, it's even harder to navigate with this new format for some reason.

    This app is wonderful. I can find all the information I need easily. It's well organized, simple to use, full of helpful details, and incredibly useful. I find myself using it every day.

    Using the clock feature has been awesome for various tasks, except crucially for clocking in and out. I used to enjoy using this feature, but since it now relies on location services, it's become highly unreliable. Despite having my location turned on and Google Maps confirming my presence inside the Amazon facility, the system often claims otherwise. It's frustrating because I'm actually connected to the Amazon network. I suggest either removing the location requirement altogether or adjusting the distance threshold to, say, a mile so that we can effectively utilize this tool.
