    After the last update, the sign out option disappeared from Settings. Amazon didn't assist me. Customer service repeatedly said to sign out on the settings page, but I couldn't find it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, deleted data, and cleared the cache as told, but it didn't work. Now, I have to delete data every time I want to log out until this is resolved. But it might never be fixed. Update: It was fixed on 3/20/24.

    The app is really slow and annoying to use. It keeps asking you to subscribe, which can get tiring. Also, it's hard to find a product again once you've found it. However, if you like getting groceries delivered or using subscriptions, it's good for that. Just be prepared for a hassle if you need to get in touch with customer service. On the plus side, they usually offer free shipping.

    The website is simple to use and helps you find things easily. The payment setup is easy to do because of the friendly interface. I really like that you can add items to your cart and it saves them permanently, as long as they are still in stock. It's a great place to discover unique finds, such as my Zelda blankets or the table lamp that projects images onto the ceiling.

    There's a new update and the AI is not good. I want to get rid of the AI. The search function isn't good either. It shows me products that aren't related when searching for Kiss dipping powder. Even after adding a size, it shows out-of-stock items. This issue is on both the app and website. Search results are bad - products vanish when sorting from low to high and I just saw them in the default "featured" section. Ads within lists make the app slow.

    Ordering things on this website is a total disaster. I've had situations where I try to buy more than one item, and the payment goes through for one but gets rejected for the other, even though I'm using the same card for both items. The system is completely messed up, and the mobile layout just adds to the confusion. Finding the information you need is so difficult. It's much easier to use the desktop version of the website instead.

    My orders are not visible on the list. When I attempted to use Amazon Fresh, it displayed a message with a red cross indicating my card is not registered, which is not true. I then checked out the Morrisons department, and found out that I can only increase quantities of items once they are added to the order, not remove them. This is a new rule for me. Adding items is difficult because the system keeps trying to start a new order, and the user interface is not user-friendly. Moreover, the aisles do not display all items correctly and the items are placed in the wrong aisles.
