AMC+ - Watch TV shows & movies

Having difficulty using the catalog, the shows suddenly stop and won't resume. At times, the catalog doesn't even appear when I open it. This issue doesn't occur with my other streaming platforms. Generally, I can hardly finish watching 2 episodes without needing to restart everything. It's totally disappointing. My rating is 1 out of 10, and I would advise against using it.

It's frustrating when the search bar on my Galaxy S8 keeps closing my keyboard whenever I try to type something. It seems like a problem that needs fixing. Also, even though I paid for an ad-free experience, I'm still getting ads which is not right - it feels like a scam. Another issue is that the app is not working well with my Chromecast. Half the time, it doesn't move on to the next episode when casting. This indicates poor design. Moreover, the app does not keep a list of things I've watched, so I have to find the title again, which becomes bothersome due to the malfunctioning search bar.

So, when I joined this subscription, I saw two prices offered. I read reviews that mentioned some users felt misled, thinking it was 4.99 but were actually charged 8.99 after the trial. The 4.99 price was for a yearly membership, which is typically cheaper than monthly. A key issue is the lack of casting to TVs, only being able to use phones, computers, and Firestick. Including Shudder in live TV channels would be a good addition. I thought this was an upgrade from Shudder, but it seems not.

Your app is amazing, but there's one issue - when you try to play a movie on your cellphone, it freezes. However, it works perfectly fine on the TV.

So, guys, like I don't really do negativity on this App. Sorry, it's just not my vibe and I ain't about that life. Can we talk about how AMC is seriously one of the best flicks on TV? Like, I'm giving it a solid 5 stars because they keep things updated and fix bugs without any drama. And guess what? I just got myself a new phone from US Cellular on the 19th of April, 2019. It's my first time switching from AT&T Mobile and let me tell you, I kinda miss 'em 'cause I've been loyal to them. But hey, change is good, especially when it means going from paying a hundred bucks a month to just 58 bucks. Big shoutout to Susan Schmidt for sorting it all out for me before the deadline.

This software is like a beta version. I use all the main streaming services, and this one is the worst performer by far. It always has problems connecting and casting. I've experienced every issue possible in just 3 days of using it. It's really surprising that they released such a buggy product when other top streaming services don't have these problems. The issues are the same on their Roku channel, so it seems to be poorly done all around.

I really enjoy watching movies and TV shows on the app. However, it keeps shutting off in the middle of episodes which is quite frustrating. Every time it happens, I have to go back into the app from the top menu. It gets really annoying after it happens multiple times. If you're looking for a better experience, I suggest subscribing to AMC+ through the Amazon Prime platform. It runs smoothly with no issues.

I tried out this streaming app, and it's just so bad. The audio keeps cutting out, the design is terrible, and AMC seems more interested in pushing ads than providing a good experience for users. I was trying to watch The Walking Dead, but it was almost impossible because of all the issues with the app. It's like they don't care about their loyal fans or new viewers. Hey, so I got the regular ad version to watch The Walking Dead and its spin-offs. First off, there's no AMC app for Xbox, so you gotta log in through another service that requires an additional payment. Plus, the streaming quality is just terrible. And if you're thinking of getting a subscription just for The Walking Dead, then AMC+ isn't it because they don't even have the complete show, only a few episodes. The app is mostly filled with really bad TV shows and movies. Don't bother spending your money on this.
