Your app still hasn't improved after three attempts. Every time you update it, it gets worse. Just when I think it might be useful, you somehow manage to frustrate me even more. I don't get why you insist on making the app rely only on mobile data when your network is so unreliable. I'm done - uninstalling it now.

The app doesn't help track extra package consumption or specify whether the usage is from Flex Packs or internet data. You need to contact customer service, which is currently in a terrible state. Last time I contacted customer service, they transferred me to another network due to the level of frustration I faced with the employee.

I originally assumed I could only use it on mobile data. However, I discovered I could create a user with a password, and now I can use the app on WiFi too. I really like the app. ❤️

The app keeps causing issues with almost every update. When you face problems, Vodafone sends a download link but advises against store downloads. The developer's robotic responses with unhelpful links reflect their poor app development skills. It's disappointing to see Vodafone's low standards in customer service, app quality, and system reliability.

The app is not complete yet and has many unnecessary features that nobody cares about. The developers seem to prefer working on those instead of fixing the bugs in the useful features. It's annoying that it keeps asking me to update whenever I refresh the app. The main features, like balance and mobile data tracking, are neglected.

The app is amazing! It's really useful for checking my account balance, credits, and plans. I especially like how easy it is to subscribe to new plans. One thing that would make it even better is if it could display all the prizes that a person has won with their phone number, including whether they are still valid for redemption. A big thank you to the developers for their fantastic work!

It's a really bad app. It only works sometimes. They should make big changes to it or just create a new one with a different name. When I try to do a simple charging transaction, there are always issues like credential errors, timeouts, or no response. If I call customer service, I have to wait up to 5 minutes. Using the account on the website defeats the purpose of having a quick and efficient app. It's as bad as the Vodafone network in Cairo.

You can't recharge your flex points. Every time you try, it shows an error. You've tried restarting your phone and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't work. In the end, you have to go to the shop to recharge. The app is not helpful. Instead of suggesting members chat on different channels, they should just fix the problem or send an SMS with the updated app.

The app just can't connect properly, and when it does, the information is often incorrect or outdated. Also, the internet service is so slow and inconsistent no matter what package you pick. It's really disappointing.
