[Domestic]Can I take cosmetics into a plane ?

Please take cosmetics bottles (such as skin lotions and emulsions) into cabin because they are fragile.

For Hair sprays or antiperspirant sprays, you can take them into cabin and also check-in up to 0.5L/0.5kg per one container, 2L/2kg per person in total.

[Domestic]Can a baby stroller be taken into the aircraft cabin?

If you wish to bring your baby stroller on board, please confirm the items below.

(1) Baby strollers can be brought on board only if they fall within the stipulated limits when folded.

     Please see Carry-on Baggage Size and Rules  [Japan Domestic Flights] 　for details on the size regulations.

(2) As only one item of carry-on baggage is allowed per passenger, passengers bringing baby strollers on board cannot bring

    other carry-on items with them aside from personal effects such as handbags, cameras or umbrellas.

(3) Please fold and store your baby stroller in a case before passing through the ticket gate.

     If you do not have a case of your own (if needed or desired), our staff will provide you with a plastic bag specifically for use with baggage.

[Domestic] How can I cancel my reserved flight?

Please select the [ Manage Reservation/Check-in ] button on the top page of the ANA website, then select the [ Manage Reservations/Purchase/Seat Availability ] button to choose the flight you would like to cancel.

■Before the Ticket has been Purchased

　Cancellation and refund charges will not apply.

■After the Ticket has been Purchased

　If a refund is requested, a refund charge of JPY 440 will be charged for each ticket (sector).

　The designated cancellation charge for the fare type will also apply for each ticket.

[Domestic]Can I bring food or something to drink into the cabin?

Yes, you can. (You can also eat and drink on board.)

Please place items such as fresh and frozen fishes, pickles and plastic bottles that may cause leakage at your feet, not stowed in the overhead compartment.
