2. I didn't receive my discount from the APP, what do I do?

Send a photo of the receipt to customer service, and if possible, mark the items that were activated in the app on the receipt so that we can evaluate it with the technical team.

3. APP Unavailability

We have updated the Angeloni App version for iOS, it is now available for operating system versions from 13.0 onwards. Please uninstall and reinstall the app to update the version on your smartphone. Enjoy!

4. What are the APP discounts?

The discounts are not valid for purchases made online. This app grants exclusive discounts in physical stores, just activate the products you want and, when going to the checkout, enter your CPF, the discounts will be granted. We will soon have new features, including the one that grants discounts on the items you usually buy, that is, the discounts are personalized according to your consumption habits. The Angeloni app will also be available with other features, and we will launch a new feature each season.

5. How do I disable notifications from the APP?

To disable messages from the Angeloni App, it is very simple. Just go to your phone's settings, then the "Notifications" option, find the Angeloni App [it may be listed as Clube Angeloni for iOS users or Angeloni for Android users] and disable the notifications option or simply turn off the sound.
