You may want to ask:

Do you offer a monthly subscription and monthly payment?

Currently, we offer subscriptions on an annual basis and annual billings. This means that the subscription for the license plan is charged for the balance of one full year, following a yearly payment period.

As of the 1st of September 2022, a contract needs to be cancelled 30 days prior to your license expiration period.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and PayPal. Bank transfers are accepted in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

How do I work with multiple displays?

Remote displays are indicated with numbered rectangles on the AnyDesk toolbar. Clicking on each rectangle will switch the AnyDesk view to the respective monitor on the device you are connected to.

Please see Session Settings for more information.

To show multiple monitors at the same time, simply establish multiple connections to the same device from different AnyDesk windows. You can then switch to a different view in different AnyDesk windows.

Why is there an orange question mark next to my cursor?

An orange question mark next to the cursor means that AnyDesk cannot retrieve or understand the mouse cursor icon from the remote device you are connecting to.

This can be due to multiple reasons such as:

1. The remote device has no mouse cursor

   - No connected mouse

   - Foreground application removed the mouse cursor (e.g. in video games)

2. The remote device is showing a special mouse cursor

   - Cursors that indicate specific actions (e.g. photo editing or 3D design software)

   - Custom application-specific cursors (e.g. can be tied to 2a or in video games)

What are managed devices?

A device that can be accessed and controlled remotely with Unattended Access. Unattended means you do not need anybody on the remote end to allow control over the device. You can connect to a managed device with a password.

Quick Start Guide

1.Install and open AnyDesk on both devices.

2.Input the displayed AnyDesk-ID on the remote device.

3.Authorize the access request on the remote device.

4.Completed. You can now manage the remote device remotely.

The software ecosystem is good, but the touchpad mouse interface is bad. The sensitivity is too high, the cursor doesn't go where it should with small movements, and right-clicking is not intuitive. Needing to long-click for a right-click is wrong; two-finger click is better. TeamViewer does it right, why can't AD?

You did a great job with the app! It works perfectly without any technical issues. However, the user experience could be improved. I wish there were two features: the ability to scroll using two fingers and having the keyboard automatically pop up when clicking on a textbox. It frustrates me that I have to use the scrollbar for scrolling on websites. And it's inconvenient not to have the keyboard automatically appear when I click on a textbox.

I used Team Viewer for years, but then it suddenly thought I was using it for commercial purposes. I switched to AnyDesk and it's been incredible! It's faster, more responsive, and customizable. Why didn't I try this earlier?

Using a Chromebook works fine. The issue is when the download is forced onto your mobile device, which doesn't help if the problem is on the Chromebook. If there's an option to download directly to both your phone and laptop, instructions should be provided for both. Overall, the experience has been unsatisfactory.

Stopped using Teamviewer because they were always asking why I was using it for personal stuff and limiting my access. So glad I came across Anydesk! It's awesome - super fast and works really well. I can easily access computers without any annoying messages that confuse my older relatives. I totally suggest you check out this app!

Hey AnyDesk team, you seem clueless about Android. My phones M31 and S10 run on Android 11. Even after getting the ad1 plug-in and setting it up in accessibility, the issues persist. Adding the app as a device manager is extreme and unnecessary since it's meant for mirroring and viewing only.

I used to use TeamViewer, but now I'm using AnyDesk because it's free for personal use. Setting it up was simple and it has worked perfectly. The interface is a bit less smooth than TeamViewer, but I quickly got used to it. One great thing is that I can control my tablet from my phone without needing extra software. It's been a good experience with AnyDesk.

App initially liked but now rating dropped due to connection issue with PC when firewall app enabled on phone. Hope for fix soon to raise rating again.

I used to use TeamViewer like many people, but got kicked off because they thought I was using it commercially. Now I'm using AnyDesk, which is great because you don't need an account. Just install the software, set a password, and you're good to go. It even automatically finds other computers on your network. I'll be sticking with this as my go-to choice for a long time!
