We are excited to present AF Workouts! This is a complete fitness companion designed specifically for your Anytime Fitness membership. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, this convenient personal trainer app will support your fitness goals. It is built on the Anytime Health product platform.
As a member of Anytime Fitness, you can access a variety of goal-oriented multi-week training programs, an extensive library featuring over 1,100 workouts, and more than 7,000 exercise images and videos to help you create personalized workout sessions. Additionally, members can print workout PDFs, receive plans from trainers, and enjoy numerous other features.
With daily workout instructions and a comprehensive record of your exercise history, AF Workouts is essential for keeping you accountable during every gym visit, at home, or while traveling.
To use the app, you must hold an active membership with Anytime Fitness at participating locations or be a trainer associated with a club.
AF Workouts operates under a license from Anytime Health, LLC for the Anytime Fitness network.
3 things to keep in mind when designing your workout routine
Start by looking at your calendar. Before getting started, look at your schedule and see where you can set time aside for your workout. Choose realistic days and times you can commit to, and use that information when setting up your workout plan in the Anytime Fitness App.
Explore your workout plan options. Setting up a motivating workout plan is about finding a balance between exercises you already enjoy and new ones to try out and get inspired by. Check out all your options within the app and try out a few different formats to see what helps you get energized.
Use the Anytime Fitness App to stay on track. The app can track progress, send you reminders, and do so much more to keep you engaged on your fitness journey. Keep it front and center on your phone’s home screen as a daily reminder to keep going!
HOW TO USE ANYTIME WORKOUTSTM
To access the Anytime WorkoutsTM app, you will need to first download the Anytime Fitness® app to verify your membership account.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Once you have confirmed your membership, you will be able to download and access the Anytime WorkoutsTM app! You can choose to access Anytime WorkoutsTM either via the tab in the Anytime Fitness® app to choose a fitness plan tailored to you and or goals, or you can go directly into the Anytime WorkoutsTM app from your phone, where you can see our full range of workouts available and use the workout builder to create your own.
