App Usage - Track screen time

App Usage is a management app for monitoring app and device usage.

How to use App Usage:

More and more apps are installed on the device. Which ones are our "true love" and which ones have been put into the "cold palace"? Of course, we have a general perception, but it may be a bit difficult to say accurately. However, we can also use third-party apps to make statistics.

After running App Usage, it will first load all installed apps and list them. Here you can see the status of each app, including deletion, installation time, usage history, etc. It should be noted that all time statistics are calculated only after App Usage is installed, including but not limited to usage history, installation time, etc.

Open "Usage Record" on the sidebar to view the usage record of each application. The default is to use a monthly calendar display, but there are also two other display modes: "Detailed" and "Bar Chart". Here, the usage time of each application will be displayed, to be precise, the foreground usage time, and it will also count the total usage time of the day.

Please note that due to Android limitations, app usage can only be tracked while the app is in use and the screen is on.
