The old UI is better than the new one because it's easier to check the bus status quickly. The tracker doesn't update correctly on the new version – if I look at the live bus location on the map, it won't refresh unless I reopen it.

The app was working great before the recent update, especially with showing the bus location accurately. However, after the update, it started showing the wrong bus station location instead of the actual one. Please revert back to the previous version of the app so that we can have the same smooth experience we had before.

This app is just terrible now. Why did they ruin a good app? It doesn't even show bus schedules or live tracking anymore. The old app was great and very useful. But now, they've made it useless with this update.

So, basically there was this old application that worked great but then they replaced it with a new one that is just not cutting it. The new app is causing a lot of issues, especially when it comes to using GPS and the search function. It's just not working out. My suggestion is to bring back the good old application and maybe update its user interface.

The app was really bad after the update. When I try to find a route, it says no route found. Please update it soon because now people rely on it every day. We need to check the bus timings and locations to catch it on time. It's frustrating to wait at the bus stop without knowing where the bus is. The app needs better maintenance. Please bring back the old version as it was working fine. We were happy with the old version and don't need any updates.

The new version of the app is even worse than the previous one. It's not made by Amnex, which is just ridiculous. It doesn't display any trips, lists multiple names at one location, and when you click on it, it says there are no trips available. It's completely useless. The old app was much better than this.

This app is not helpful at all. Can't track running buses or find bus schedules. It's useless in every way. Developers should check last year's app and fix the issues. Thank you.

The app was working fine before, but now it's really bad after the update. It's not showing all the bus schedules between routes, making it hard to find the right buses and timings. The performance and database have become very poor. The current version is just not helpful. Hopefully, the next update will fix these issues. Interestingly, the old app logos and screenshots are still visible in the Play Store.

The new update made things worse. The previous version worked perfectly fine. Changing the UI is pointless if it doesn't give the right results. There are multiple variations for one bus station, making it hard to find the exact name. Live tracking isn't functioning. The app's database should align with APSRTC's bus station names. It's better to go back to the old vendor so we can at least see the bus routes; this app is pretty much useless.
