With the Condominium Area Mobile, you can:
* View outstanding invoices for your Unit;
* Make reservations for common areas;
* Obtain an updated duplicate of your invoices;
* Copy the payment line (barcode) to make the payment through your Bank's app;
* Chat with the Doorman;
* Register and Release Visitors and Service Providers;
* Create requests directly to your management company;
* View unit incidents;
* Update registration information;
* View Notices issued by the Administrator and the Condominium's Syndic;
* View Documents such as Meeting Minutes, Convention or accounting documents;
* View the photo album of your Condominium;
* Change payment method to credit card or boleto;
* Participate in online Assemblies.
FAQ
Q1: How to access the condominium area app?
To access the app for the first time, follow the steps below:
1. Download the app:
The app is available for free in your Smartphone's app store.
2. Login:
- Login with Google or Facebook:
The system will allow you to log in with these accounts, as long as the email address used is the same as the one linked to your registration with the administrator. If this fails, contact the administrator to update your registration.
- Login with email and password:
If you prefer to use email and password, select "Log in with email". The first time you access the app, you will be asked to set a password and confirm it via the email you received. Without confirmation, access to the system will be blocked until validation is completed.
Q2: How does the condominium communicate with the concierge via the app?
1. Log in to the Condominium Area app.
2. In the side menu, access the option 'Talk to the concierge'.
3. Use the chat to type the message or select an image to send to the concierge.
4. When receiving a response, the app will emit a beep and display a notification on the device:
Q3: How do I register visitors in the app?
1. Access the side menu and click on 'Visitors'.
2. On the registered visitors screen, select the '+' icon in the bottom right corner to add a new visitor.
3. Set the entry time (at least 5 minutes before registration) and the length of stay (minimum of 2 hours).
4. Complete the registration to allow the visitor access:

The concierge can also register visitors directly in the system.
Pre-registration on the app facilitates access control and reduces waiting time at the reception.
