    I really like it! It's so useful and convenient. I think it would be better if the benefits of each exercise were written down instead of being said by the robotic voice. This way, users can easily understand the benefits of each exercise, which would definitely motivate them more.

    The app is awesome. It's easy to use and has useful video links for when you need help with an exercise. Each day is different, which keeps things interesting, and the tracking feature keeps you motivated. I began as a beginner and now I'm halfway through the advanced level. Even though I missed a few days (besides the rest days), I feel fantastic. I can see that I'm more toned, lost some weight where I wanted to, gained muscle in the right places, strengthened my core, and it's been great for my mental well-being too.

    The app is good, but it's quite demanding. In the beginning, it asked me to do 8 diamond push-ups twice, which I couldn't even manage one of. It kept getting tougher, and now I can't do any of the exercises anymore. I'll have to switch to a different app. Just to give you an idea, I can do around 30 regular push-ups easily, but doing just one diamond push-up feels like my arms might break.
