1.Navigate to your Channel dashboard.
2.Proceed to the Content section.
3.Tap on the pencil - shaped icon.
4.To insert chapters, access the description box and enter 00:00, followed immediately by the chapter's title.
5.Then, add the subsequent timestamps and chapter titles line by line, one after the other. This is what it should resemble:
Click on the "Save" button. Once you add the chapters, they should be visible right away. However, if they don't show up immediately, it could take up to 24 hours for them to appear in the video. Another possibility is that there was a mistake when you were inputting the time stamps.

1.Download and open the YouTube Studio app.
