How to Select All On-Screen Emails in Gmail

Email, calendar, contacts, and tasks in one platform.
One way of making a selection is to choose all the emails that are shown on a single page in Gmail.
To carry this out, first, open Gmail in a web browser on your computer. If you haven't logged in yet, do so now.
On the Gmail interface, select the folder from the left - hand sidebar where you want to select emails. This could be any of the folders listed in the sidebar, such as "Inbox", "Snoozed", "Sent", or "Spam".
The emails within the folder you've chosen will be visible to the right of the folder list. From the toolbar located at the top of these emails, click on the "Select" option, which is represented by a square icon and is the first icon on the toolbar.
Gmail will choose all the emails presented on the present page. At the upper part of these emails, you will notice a message stating "All X Conversations on This Page Are Selected", with "X" being the quantity of emails that have been selected.
That's the way to select all the emails visible on the screen in Gmail!
If you want to select more emails, you can modify an option in Gmail's settings to have more emails shown on a single page. To achieve this, click on the "Settings" (represented by a gear icon) option located in the top - right corner of the Gmail website.
Within the "Settings" menu, in the "Quick Settings" portion, opt for "See All Settings."
Navigate to the "General" tab. Click on the "Maximum Page Size" drop - down menu. Subsequently, select the number of emails that you want Gmail to present on a single page. Your choices include 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, or 100.
Once you have made your selection, scroll down the page within the "General" tab and click on "Save Changes".
Gmail will now display the number of emails you selected on a single page. To choose all of these emails that are visible on the screen, utilize the same "Select" option as you did previously.
