1. Can I change the payment method after purchasing a ticket?

Changes to the payment method for a purchased ticket are now allowed, including changing from card to cash, from cash to card, changing the card type (personal card to corporate card or A card to B card), or changing the number of installment months.

You must purchase a new ticket after getting a full refund on the purchased ticket before boarding, and refunds will be subject to a refund fee based on fare regulations. When purchasing a new ticket, the price may be different from the initial price you paid.

You cannot change your payment method or your payment card after you have completed boarding.

2. Can another person travel with my reservation?

The name of the reserved passenger cannot be changed. Flight tickets are reserved using the passenger’s actual name. In the case of a name change, the existing reservation must be canceled and a new reservation made in the actual name of the boarding passenger.  

3. I do not remember the e-mail address I used for sign-up. I would like to change my e-mail address.

If you would like to change your e-mail address, please fax your photo ID (resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, etc.) along with your membership number, contact information, an e-mail address that can be used to reach you, and your request (for e-mail address change and a temporary password) to [Asiana Club Service Center].
