Asphalt Xtreme - Off-road racing game

The mobile version of the game stays faithful to the PC one. It's not aiming to be a super realistic racing experience, and that's a positive in my opinion. It's enjoyable! I wish they can find a method to move all our progress over as I had saved a lot from my FB account. Being able to customize the keyboard is a great concept, particularly for drifting. The support for controllers is there, but it seems to favor XBX!? I long for the original soundtrack, offline mode, and the classic cars (like where's the Unimog??). Despite my attempts, the update wouldn't work. Following advice from Netflix's helpdesk, I decided to do a fresh install of the game. However, this action resulted in all my game progress being wiped out, and now I'm back to square one as a newbie. It's a really frustrating situation. I've reached out to technical support for assistance in recovering my previous progress. As long as I haven't retrieved my lost progress, I will maintain my 1-star rating. After reading similar negative reviews from other users, I eventually uninstalled the game. The game's bugginess and the inability to retain player progress were deal-breakers for me.

Ok, so if you play the "Mercedes Benz Free Ride" event and you don't do well, your status gets updated. But if you do really well and finish the track in 101 seconds, it's hard to update your status to the server. And even if you finish in 104 seconds, you still can't update. However, if you complete the track in 109 seconds with poor effort, the data updates to the server without any issues. It's pretty strange that this happens.

I want to talk about a really cool racing game, but there's a catch when it comes to the multiplayer mode. Your chances of winning depend on who you're up against. If you're competing against racers with a higher level than yours, it's pretty much a done deal that you'll lose. It just doesn't seem fair to have to compete against cars that are 17 levels above yours. On the flip side, if your opponents are lower level than you, winning becomes way too simple. To make things even trickier, players tend to focus more on crashing into you rather than actually racing against you, which can be quite frustrating.

Wow, I've been playing this game for more than three years now. The graphics are really impressive, and the races are so intense! But I had to dock two stars because leveling up cars is just so hard. Most cars are fine to level up, but once you reach a certain point, you need these SUPER CLASS RANK UP TOOLS. And it's not just one, you need several of them. It's almost impossible to get them. I played for over 100 hours just to get one! And the thing is, you need these tools even for a Class D vehicle, not just the S (Super) class. It doesn't matter if you win all the time or not. It's purely by chance.

The game is a bit fun and the graphics are awesome. Moving forward in the single player story mode is okay if you also do some mastery races for your cars to earn money for car upgrades. However, the single player races can get boring quickly. There are features that let you catch up if you mess up a lot at the start and still win, but if you make mistakes towards the end, you usually lose because you can't gain a big lead against the AI. This makes winning in single player quite simple. Also, there are some bugs in the game.
