    There is a new VPN company that has been around for about 2-3 years. Recently, they became part of NordSecurity, but it's not clear whether they were acquired. They are honest about their product's imperfections and issues. I appreciate how they provided me with a 10-day promo code as compensation for a bug. Their customer support is commendable for not avoiding responsibility for their mistakes. While their ability to support streaming is good, there are occasional problems with accessing the full US library on Netflix. That's my straightforward review.

    There's this bug happening where the VPN disconnects at 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours after connecting. It keeps trying to reconnect but fails every time. The only solution is to force stop the app. I tried putting the app on no restrictions by the battery saver, but it didn't help. Hopefully, they'll fix this bug soon.

    I paid for the premium service without checking the reviews first. It was a big mistake. The service is very slow and doesn't work with Netflix like they said. The company responds to complaints here but ignores emails asking for help. It's better to spend a bit more on a different VPN service because with Atlas, you're paying almost the same for nothing.

    I paid for premium but my status is still showing as free. This is the second time it has happened in two months. It worked fine before with the same account and phone. Last time it took a couple days to get fixed after I asked for help. I tried another service, didn't like it, and came back to Atlas. Now the problem is happening again. It's frustrating! If they can't handle subscriptions properly, how can we trust them with our personal information?
