Auntie Anne’s Rewards - Earn & redeem points

Everything was going fine until I tried to enter my password. When I clicked on login, a little pretzel icon popped up and then disappeared. I couldn't log in for some reason. I will update my rating once this issue is fixed. But now everything is working as it should. So, 5 stars.

The pretzel place was awesome, but the worker there was not very friendly. Despite that, the pretzels were really good. I believe it's not fair to charge for the sauce; it's a bit too much if you ask me.

Used to work well for a few orders, but now it doesn't let me search for delivery locations. It doesn't respond when I try that, only when I click on something else. Auntie Anne's works fine in the DoorDash app, so it seems to be a problem with your app, not the store. I enjoy the deals in this app, but can't use them now because it won't deliver. I don't have a car.

The staff is amazingly friendly and polite. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They definitely all deserve a raise!

The app doesn't work on my last three phones. I'm surprised it's still available for download. I can't believe others manage to get it to work a little bit, even though I'm good with phones and have paid developer apps. This is the only app that has never worked at all for me. I always hope it will work when I get a new phone, but even after seven Android updates, it still just shows a splash screen.

They say the phone number is optional, but you need it to place an order. It's disappointing because they could send order notifications through an app. They mentioned a lack of location permissions, but never ask for them. Orders are identified by your full name and phone number, which isn't ideal. They should generate a code for orders instead. As a food store, personal data isn't necessary.

I went to the store in Parks mall but couldn't figure out how to use my birthday rewards on the app. Ava was super helpful and treated me very well. She made my birthday feel extra special. So thank you Ava, I really thankful to you.

I stopped using this app for a few months. Today, I thought of checking if I still had some rewards left. The last post was on April 25th. Whenever I try to access the rewards section, the app crashes. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't help.

The app is terrible. I'm great at tech stuff, but this is just awful. You have to scroll so much just to find the pretzels. Plus, you have to know exactly when to use the coupon. I accidentally clicked on 'redeemed' and didn't notice the 2-minute timer. The layout is awful. It really needs a redesign. Take a look at Wendy's and Burger King apps and mimic how they're set up.
