I find the app super easy to use. Being able to quickly make a last-minute payment online and save my policy is fantastic. In my opinion, it's just perfect for me, and I wouldn't want to alter anything.

Whenever I turn off my WiFi, I always get asked if I want to turn it back on. If I say no, the app should remember that. There's a reason why I keep it off. When I decide to turn it back on, I will do so myself. This needs to be addressed. I am receiving constant messages saying that the app is not uploading my driving data, even though I am always connected. The only adjustment I've made is turning off notifications. I concur with other users who feel that it's overly sensitive to hard braking.

Using it is easy, the information shown is good, and I enjoy keeping an eye on my driving score to see where I can improve for a better insurance rate.

Many people are facing a problem with the hard braking flag, which is correct. Initially, this wasn't the case. I'm not certain if it occurred after a recent update or for some other reason, but now every time I go on a trip, it's flagged as hard braking – even when I'm just cruising at 10mph down the road to the store. Additionally, I'm not too keen on how it operates continuously in the background, running all day and night. Moreover, I've noticed other inconsistencies. For instance, if I'm driving and my phone drops from the seat to the floor, it erroneously triggers alerts for speeding or hard braking.

You log in to the app and then you visit a branch. But oh no, you have to log in again - not very cool, right? But hey, it worked this time, and the super fast response was amazing! So I changed my review. Now I'm keeping my original review just in case others have the same issue. Maybe it will be helpful, maybe not.

Oh, this app I've been using, it never records my trips. Not once. But sometimes it does pop up to recommend stuff from nearby places. After reloading it with some tips from Morgan, finally, it logged one trip. Still no total score yet, but now that it's recording, that should show up soon. Seems like the app might need access to my phone permissions... Morgan was really nice and helped out, so polite and skilled. But you know, I'm not totally excited about the app yet - concerns about privacy, you know?

Ugh, this app is just the worst. It never stops running and keeps sucking up my battery, even when I'm not using it. And those never-ending notifications are driving me crazy. Even after I rate it, it won't stop hounding me for my location every time I open it. Like seriously, why do you need my location all the time? The user interface is okay, but with all the background activity, annoying notifications, and how it eats up space on my phone's OS, it's just not worth downloading.

I think the hard braking feature in this app might be a trick to make drivers look bad. When I drive at 60mph and slow down for a changing light, it always marks it as an "incident." It's impossible to drive close to the speed limit and stop for the light without getting criticized by the app. This unfair feature really needs to be looked at more closely!
