1. How do I view my trips history in the mobile application?

After making the first trip, your tickets will be displayed in the «My trips» tab. Important note, only trips paid using the balance of the mobile application will be displayed here. When paying with a transport card, in order to see the history of trips, you must first link the transport card to your mobile application. Further, in the section «Transport card» in the application, the history of trips will appear. Important not to be confused with the «Last ticket» function

2. How to link a bank card to the application?

Go to the «Bank card» section, then «Add a card». Fill in the required information and save it. In the future, when paying using a QR code or state number of the bus, you will have the opportunity to pay with a linked bank card.

3. What to do if money was deducted several times when paying from a bank card?

Such situations can occur during communication interruptions. If the deduction was made from a bank card, the funds will be returned automatically within a few hours.
