AXS - Buy tickets easily & quickly

This app is terrible. It took me multiple attempts, waiting for minutes each time, just to log in. The app was constantly loading without any progress. It's so slow and keeps saying I don't have internet, even though I clearly do. Making people use this frustrating app to buy tickets is a terrible idea. Ticketmaster is much better. This is not about security, it's just causing unnecessary hassle.

I downloaded this app just to buy tickets for a show in Nashville. Picking seats at the venue was so annoying because the app kept freezing when I looked for tickets. I selected seats a few times, but then the app froze before I could buy them. I tried opening and closing it many times, but ended up giving up and going to their website, which was also frustrating. Plus, there's no option to search for seats. Good luck with that app.

The app is not user-friendly and poorly designed. It doesn't keep me logged in even when I select that option. There's no choice to print tickets, which can be inconvenient for families with young kids, older adults, or large groups. The app says you can share tickets by clicking on them, but there's no share option when you do so. Additionally, the help section freezes, and you can't go back – you have to start over from the beginning. I really dislike this app.

Trying to buy a ticket with AXS in 2019 is really frustrating. They charge $9 in fees on a $25 ticket, and now they deliver the ticket through an unnecessary app instead of a PDF. I had issues with spyware loops when buying tickets on their website. Dealing with AXS always brings down the quality of your day. It's best to avoid them.

The design and performance are terrible. It was difficult to find the order history. It's not listed like everything else; you have to tap the greeting instead. There's no indication of this, found it accidentally. It freezes when trying to get information, including pulling up tickets and order history. This is just pure trash with no quality control.

I want to print my PDF tickets instead of using this app. I don't like being made to install an unwanted app on my phone's internal memory. It's risky if you have bad signal or phone issues at the venue. Plus, a $20 service fee for digital tickets is way too much. Ideally, I buy tickets from the box office, but this time I have to use AXS, a company I usually steer clear of. 👎👎

Customer service was terrible, they either avoided answering or sent an automated response asking me to send my request again. The "premium" option costs more money but only offers seat selection. Avoid it unless you want specific seats. They first charge for premium, then later offer the same seats at a lower price under a different ticket option. Like many ticket websites, there are additional random fees on top of premium and regular ticket prices. Also, experienced login issues and glitches, plus not all information is accessible on mobile devices. Overall, I would rate them 0 stars.

The app sucks on purpose, is hard to use, and limited, just like all ticketing ones. Good experience, convenience, or simplicity don't matter to AXS because if you want concert tickets, you have to use it. They trick people and make it seem fancy, but just email the tickets!
