Background remover - remove.bg

This app is so great and useful. I'll suggest it to others, but there's one issue. When I try to remove the background from a white picture, it erases the entire image which can be problematic sometimes. Apart from that, I really recommend this app.

I really liked it before, but now I can't edit it after deleting the background. It's strange because there's no problem using clip art in editing mode. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it four times already. I've been on the phone with customer service all day, answering 20 questions, and I hope they can solve the problem soon.

You know, like, this app was totally fine six months back but now it's just not working at all. It's so frustrating when I try to upload images from my phone – it takes forever and sometimes doesn't even work after trying for like 10 minutes. And the version on the phone is just so awkward to use when editing and framing images. It's like they tried to make it better for millennials but actually made it worse. Honestly, I'd rate it a 1 out of 10.

Before the recent update, everything was fine. However, after updating, the tools were missing many features like the ability to decrease brush size and no offset option. Eventually, they completely stopped working. Updates often cause issues with tools that were previously functioning perfectly.

This app is hard to use because whenever I upload a picture, the gallery pops up, and it's annoying when I upload more than one photo as I have to keep downloading them. It would be great if we could choose where to save our downloads. If you could fix these issues, the app would be perfect.

This app is great for removing or replacing backgrounds in pictures. The only downside is that the image quality may decrease after making these changes. It's still one of the best apps I've seen for this purpose.

The app can remove backgrounds nicely, but once I saw that I needed to use credits, I deleted it. I don't like credit systems. If they get rid of the credit system and switch to a different payment method that's not a subscription, I might come back and give the app another chance. Credits stifle creativity and drain my wallet.
