    Uninstalling any app makes this one show an error. Updates haven't fixed it yet. It keeps crashing in the background and shows "app name stopped responding." Android 8 on LG v30+.

    Tried to save my game data for Mobile Games, so I can move it to a new phone. But the app gets messed up and I have to reinstall it.

    App was working fine until it got updated. Now, the Google Drive login works, which is great! However, the sorting and searching features in Google Drive do not work anymore. It would be helpful to conduct regression testing before updates or have users test new versions before releasing them. I'd gladly volunteer to help with testing. Overall, it's the best backup and restore app I've come across and use it frequently.

    I've been using this app for 4 years without any issues. However, when I tried to reinstall the app with the backup after an update, I received a message saying the app was not installed. Therefore, all the app backups I had saved were useless for recovery purposes. I was very disappointed with this situation. Fortunately, I came across another app called "Alpha Backup" that actually works and explains the specific issue causing problems with reinstalling app backups on Android.

    The app can back up unarchived apps, but the backup page doesn't update properly. This makes it hard to see which apps have been backed up and which ones haven't. By the way, I do appreciate that your ads work perfectly.

    I think this app is great, I've been using it for two years without any issues. However, I recently realized that the feature for backing up personal data is not working anymore. Does anyone know why this is happening? Do you think it will be fixed soon, or should I start looking for another app for personal data backup? I'm really struggling with this right now.

    The latest version of Google Drive didn't really fix the issue for me. I tried emailing support, but got an error saying the address couldn't be found. Other people seem to have the same issue. The solution was to go back to v6.0.0.6001, but now even that fix isn't working. I tested a few other versions, but only this one worked. Finally, my Drive is back to normal! This app has been reliable for me as it allows me to choose where to store my backups. Good job overall, just make sure to fix the email and the bug.

    The app used to back up apps to the ext sd card and even had an auto backup option. But recently, it stopped working properly. It can now only backup to the phone's internal memory instead of the ext sd card. The auto backup feature is also not functioning. Just wanted to let you know about this issue.
