Badi - Housing roommates & sublets

I used this app and it's the worst. They took my money without checking if it was in the account. They said they sent money three times, but it was an error because there was no money in the account. Now, I let someone move in, and when they move out, I can't get my money back. They have no experience because they should have made sure the money was in my account before letting me rent out my room.

Spam requests from agents are so annoying. Every time I open the app to look at listings, I get bombarded with 15+ requests. It's ridiculous! They need to remove agents from the app.

Renting through the app was great! It was so easy. And you know what? We actually became good friends because of it.

Badi is nice and easy to use. The only downside is that you can't translate the language or highlight text to use Google Translate. Badi needs to fix this, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

The app is helpful and it actually makes looking for a place to stay kind of fun. But there are a couple of things that bothered me. They should clearly mention whether the rent includes bills or not on the room listings. Also, if the people offering the room only want women, they shouldn't show me those options if I'm a man. It was pretty frustrating.

So without paying for Badi Plus, it's kind of hard to do much because you can't see many matches or chat with people who are interested. They don't let you share your contact info in the ad unless you pay. But if you do pay for it, it does come in handy. It costs 10 euros, so it depends on whether you think it's worth it or not.

I can't find anyone near me using this app. It's a great app and I want to use it, but right now there are no housing options or people around me. I will check again later to see if there is anyone else in my state, but for now, there's no point in using this app.

Found this app that seemed perfect for finding a roommate, put in all my info, but no search results came up, even after clearing my filter. App should mention it doesn't work in Chicago if that's the first location entered. Waste of time.

I talked with many people on this app and they were all scammers. They had high ratings and badges, but don't fall for it. I reported them with proof like messages and screenshots, but the moderators didn't take action. It seems like the moderators are working with the scammers because they keep coming back after getting removed.

You want to enjoy the app but it's hard because many agents are terrible. Some of them are just trying to scam you, which is really frustrating. I tried reaching out to several agents but only two responded, and one of them belonged to a poorly rated agency. It's disappointing that there are people who aim to deceive and take advantage of you. It's sad that they prioritize money over customer satisfaction. Just so you know, I prefer not to give feedback directly to customer support.
