About 배달요기요 Point 

[Point Accumulation]

    ① When a member participates in a mission or marketing activity or reward-based advertisement specified on the service screen and event screen within the 배달요기요 application, a certain amount of points will be accumulated accordingly.

    ② Points awarded for participating in a reward-based advertisement are mostly paid immediately after participating in the advertisement, and some advertisements may be accumulated after a certain period of time depending on the advertisement campaign.

    ③ If a system error, manipulation, or other abuse cases are discovered, points may be deducted at a later date.

    ④ Members must accurately enter information according to the payment conditions of the 'reward' provided, and if the reward payment conditions are not met due to the member's fault, such as entering incorrect information or leaving the service before the payment conditions are met, the company is not obligated to pay the reward. ⑤ Details regarding reward payment type points not described in this operating policy are subject to the individual terms of use for each point.

[Use of Points]

    ① When accumulated points are 1 won or more, they can be used like cash through in-app payments (excluding on-site payments) in units of 1 won.

    ② There are no restrictions on the number of times points can be used per day or the maximum amount used. In addition, points alone can be used for payment in full, and points can be used in combination with coupons. If an order using points is canceled, the entire amount of points used will be re-accumulated.

    ③ When a member uses points, points with the earliest expiration date are deducted first.

    ④ Points cannot be transferred and cannot be converted to cash or refunded.

Article 4 [Cancellation of Point Use and Expiration Period]

    ① If an order using points is canceled, the entire amount of points used will be re-accumulated.

    ② The expiration date of accumulated points is 180 days from the date of point accumulation, and points that have expired will automatically expire. The company will notify you of the expiration of points within the mobile application 30 days prior to expiration, and may additionally provide information on the expiration of accumulated points via the user's personal email, etc.

    ③ Members can check the accumulated points and their respective expiration dates on My Page.

    ④ The expiration date of points cannot be extended.

    ⑤ If you withdraw from membership, all points accumulated after 90 days from the withdrawal date will be forfeited, and if your account is restored within 90 days, points with remaining expiration dates will be restored together.

1. Delivery is significantly delayed. What should I do?

You can quickly confirm by contacting the store you ordered from.

배달요기요 App Order History → Select the store name of the order that needs to be processed → You can call the store directly from the information.

If you have difficulty calling the store directly, please contact us through 배달요기요 App → Order History → Chat at the bottom. 

2. I want to change or cancel the menu I ordered.

You can quickly process it by contacting the store you ordered from.

배달요기요App Order History → Click on the store thumbnail or store name to go to the store details screen → You can call the store directly from the information.

Please understand that if delivery has started or if the ordered menu is food and cooking has started, it may be difficult to change or cancel the order.

If you have difficulty calling the store directly, please contact the 배달요기요 App → Order History → Consultation Chat at the bottom to change the order.

To cancel the order, please call [배달요기요 Customer Center: 1661-5270 → 1 → 1] and leave the order number. We will process it quickly.

3. How can I know if my order was successful?

When your order is complete, you will be notified of the delivery time via push notification.

You can also check the order reception result and menu in 배달요기요 App → Order History.

※If you do not agree to receive push notifications, notifications will not be sent. You can check whether the setting is set through 배달요기요 App → My 배달요기요 → Settings → Push Notifications.

4. When authenticating yourself, it says that you already have an account that has been authenticated.

This message appears when your information has already been authenticated for another account.

If you want to use an account that you have previously authenticated, you can use the 배달요기요 service by clicking the [Login] button on the screen to log in with the authenticated account.

If you do not remember your ID and password, you can log in by using Find ID/Find Password on the login screen.

If you want to use an account that you are currently logged in with, you can change your authentication by clicking the [Change Authentication] button at the bottom of the screen.

Depending on the status of the account you have previously authenticated, it may be difficult to authenticate with a new account.

    ● If you are using 1-second payment on Yogi, go to My 배달요기요 → Manage 1-second payment on Yogi → Cancel 1-second payment on Yogi from the account you have previously authenticated, and then use a new account. 

    ● If there is a remaining amount on the gift certificate, please use up all the gift certificate amount through an order from the previously verified account or check if a refund is possible through the Joyful Customer Center (1661-8191).

5. What is the difference between Yogi Pass and Yogi Pass X?

Yogi Pass is a subscription service that provides discount coupons that are automatically applied when ordering.

It provides benefits such as 2 times of 5,000 won delivery discount, 10 times of 2,000 won delivery discount, and unlimited 1,000 won packaging discount.

Yogi Pass X is a subscription service that provides 'free delivery' benefits without limit on the number of times at the target store.

    You can order food easily through this app. It's really convenient. I don't want to get fat from ordering food all the time, haha.

    After the recent update, random ads keep popping up. The customer service is terrible and doesn't care at all. There's no option to use the app in English for those who don't speak Korean. It's a dumb and pointless app. I'm uninstalling it right away. You should try Shuttle or Foodfly instead.

    Oh, the app is only available in Korean, so it might not be that great for foreigners in Korea. It's actually a pretty good app with plenty of coupons. By the way, this app is partly to blame for why I can't lose weight.

    I really liked this app before, but now I can only pay with Yogiyo. Everything on that page looks like spam and nothing works when I try to pick something. Why did they take away the old options for credit card and cash? It's annoying to select everything carefully in the menu and then not be able to order because they don't accept regular payments anymore. Please bring back cash and credit cards, Yogiyo!

    You can't use it because you need a certified phone number. There must be other ways to prove your identity because not everyone can or wants to have a certified phone number. It's pointless, so I'm uninstalling it.

    I'm happy they have the option to pay with cash upon delivery because I can't use a foreign credit card to pay in advance. Just like other Korean apps, verifying so much information is a hassle, but that's how it is everywhere.
