- How are genetic test results managed?

Genetic test analysis data is provided by LabGenomics, which has established strict security and information protection systems. This information is not provided to any third parties other than Bank Salad. Bank Salad uses this information strictly for health management service purposes according to its terms and does not provide it to third parties.

Bank Salad has undergone rigorous security evaluations and received accreditation for managing personal credit information from the Financial Supervisory Service and electronic signature verification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA). Rest assured, we manage customer data with a security system equivalent to financial institutions'.

- Do I need to trust Bank Salad's security to disclose sensitive asset information?

Bank Salad considers security a top priority. Customer information (public key certificate and password, financial institution account, etc.) is stored encrypted on customers' mobile devices, not on Bank Salad servers.

The information entered when signing up for and using the service is encrypted using proven algorithms for security. Customer information is encrypted throughout the communication between the customer's mobile device and Bank Salad servers to ensure protection.

- How is personal information protected?

Bank Salad complies with South Korea's related laws and guidelines on personal information protection followed by information and communications service providers.

All personal information is collected and used only within the scope of the collection and usage purposes and is promptly destroyed upon customer's request for withdrawal or agreement revocation.

Personal information necessary to link financial assets to the app is not stored on internal servers and is solely used for informational purposes.

· Files and Media: Requested to store or use the public key certificate file when using joint certification in asset linking process.

· Phone: Requested for user's phone certification to prevent voice phishing and other abuses.

· Notifications: Requested for receiving important announcements, event notifications, and promotional information.

- Denying optional access permissions will not affect service usage.

The terms and conditions of the loan recruitment service will be newly changed. We will inform you of the changes, so please refer to them when using the service.
