BAND - Music creation workflow

I really like this app more than GroupMe. It's so neat and it really centers around group participation. The ability to manage everything is amazing. I'm a big fan of how much control you have over events and all the features available. Give it a try, I highly recommend it!

Most of the time, there's a technical problem when using it on a computer. The chat windows are really slow to open and sometimes they don't open even after 15 to 20 minutes. So, chatting from a computer can be quite frustrating. Plus, there's no Search option at the top of the chat windows. Unlike the mobile app, you can't see who has read a post on the computer. There are a lot of limitations when using it on a PC.

This app is amazing and has completely changed how my group communicates. I have a suggestion for an improvement: It would be helpful if we could turn calendars on and off within a Band. This way, we could hide events from calendars that are not relevant, keeping the agenda view neat. Additionally, it would be great if we could select a specific calendar from a band when creating a widget. Thanks, developers!

I used to be able to use this app on my Galaxy Note 8 without any issues. However, after the last update, whenever I try to open the app, it only shows a green screen and I can't do anything with it. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like uninstalling the app, clearing cache and data, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app, but nothing has changed.

I dance using an app called Band. We upload dance videos to practice, but sometimes they pause and freeze. It's not just my WIFI, others have the same issue. Even uploading pictures is difficult. The app has potential, but it needs fixing because of all the bugs.

Recently, I encountered an issue where the Band wasn't giving me audible alerts for some chat messages. I reached out to customer support and they asked for screenshots of a problem that isn't occurring. Feeling frustrated about navigating functions only available on the phone app instead of the website. Also, I find it challenging when names grey out in sign-ups when slots are full because the text becomes barely visible. I'm hoping Band can introduce a feature to track cumulative hours for community service groups, which is essential for me. Considering exploring other options, even paid apps like Sign-Up Genius, despite its high cost. It's a great app though, especially for free, facilitating sign-ups and polls efficiently. Two suggestions: 1. Ability to check who has read group chats, not just the number of people. 2. A comprehensive user manual would be beneficial instead of scattered clips, as it could assist older leaders to use it effectively. Additionally, I wish all functions worked seamlessly on both the app and the website. Thank you!
