    This app frustrates me to no end. It keeps saying “delivering in your area” when I start. I pick out my order, apply coupons, and get ready to pay. Then it hits me with “NOT delivering to this location.” Why go through all that? Just tell me at the beginning about the delivery limitations. It makes you select your location right when you log in. Such a waste of time. Absolutely useless!

    This app is completely useless. No online reservations. I called the phone number, but staff didn’t seem interested in helping. They act so comfortable now, probably because of the old curfews. It feels like they don’t want to step out of their routine. Forget the BBQ for me. If they don't care about customers or business, then fine by me.

The restaurant's phone number rarely gets answered, and the customer service is frustratingly unhelpful. I know I messed up by ordering here. This is definitely my last time using this service. Cancelling the order was a nightmare too. I called multiple times, but they kept saying they would call me back about the order. It never showed up in the app, and now I'm lost on how to get my money back.
